| Each vessel is provided
with water immersion heaters (SS, 316)
to heat the cleaning agents to a temperature
of about 80 Deg. C. |

PLC. |
| Valves for over
flaw & drain will be pneumatically
operated rotary actuators & valves
will be electrically actuated solenoid
valves |
| We will provide float switch
for each vessel for level control. |
The system should contain
following three programs:
Program I : Operation of Vessel I
Program 2 : Operation of Vessel 2
Programs: Operation of Vessel I &
Vessel 2 simultaneously.

Each Program
should operate as per the following cycle:
DM Water+Soap Solution Wash
DM Water Rinse I
DM Water Rinse II
WFI Rinse. |
| All the sub cycles will
operate on the basis of time. |
| The process parameters should
be settable. |
| Detergent addition will
be manual. |
