DESCRIPTION
Rotary Bottle Washer is compact, highly efficient and elegant in look. It has many functional features as per GMP standard to wash containers of glass, plastic or other material. The machine operates on the Rotary principle with 'GENEVA' mechanism and requires manual loading and unloading of bottles.

OPERATION
The bottles are loaded on rotating paltform where bottles are getting cleaned in a series of operations. The bottle holder i.e. nylon cups are specially designed to accommodate bottles with varying neck diameter and bottle diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in cups. The external cleaning of the bottles is done by spraying showers. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of timings and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirement.

SALIENT FEATURES
1) Provided with four separate stations for inside wash and one station for outside wash.
2) It Is provided with individual solenoid valves for each wash controlled by a Panel Board and operated sequentially which eliminates carbon plate and other accessories.
3) Washing Sequences and positioning of washing stations can be interchanged as required for liquid oral & injectable.
4) Machine can be supplied with S.S. body, S.S stand and S.S. control panel as per the GMP requirement.
5) A vary speed drive pulley is provided for different output between 64 to 100 bottles per miniute.
6) The specially designed cups are provided on the paltform to accommodate any size of Bottle from 100 ml to 500 ml.
7) As the rotating carbon plate is eliminated in new design, the leakage is avoided and maintenance is minimised.
8) As the washing nozzle are stationary, the contamination of was water is eliminated.
9) Fitted with higher capacity Centrifugal pumps (2 nos) for sufficient water and pressure required to wash bigger size bottles (500 & 1000 ml)
10) The chipping of Bottles neck is avoided while loading as the nozzles are not moving along with the platform.
11) Pumps and tanks are mounted on portable stand for easy maintenance, Two rows instead of four rows of bottles for easy loading and unloading.
12) The top hood, bottle platform, jets and all contact parts are in S.S. 304 quality.
