Prefab Wall System

Partitions for sterile areas and Clean rooms up to class 1 / M 1.5.

Consisting of self-supporting modular panels, 45 mm thick.

Particular care is taken over the finishing of the panels and of the joints to ensure a ledge-free surface and a perfect air-tight seal. All the materials used guarantee total bacterial immunization and are resistant to chemical agents.

Depending on the construction alternatives these walls can have different fire rating (REI certification), heat insulation and sound-proofing characteristics.

Inner rabbet (step-shaped channel to receive the edge of another piece) modular joints with internal Aluminium profile and Silicone sealing flush with the panel surface. Special joints available to allow the dismantling of the single panel.

Ceiling and masonry wall connections made of anodised or painted Aluminium profiles sealed with Silicone.

Skirting and wall-to-wall connections made of rounded Aluminium profile.

Panels can incorporate flush windows, doors, emergency escapes, pass-through hatches, openings for machinery, electrical sockets.

PPAL

Pre-painted Aluminium sheet, 1 mm thick.

PCGI

Powder Coated Galvanized sheet, 0.6 mm thick.

PPSS

Pre-painted steel sheet, 0.6 mm thick.

SS304

Stainless Steel sheet (AISI 304), 0.6 mm thick.

PVC

Anti-static PVC, 2 mm thick.

   

Internal frame

1. High density self extinguishing expanded Polystyrene. 

2. High density Polyurethane foam.

Air-Return Chases

Airtight to avoid the installation of air return pipes.

Made of 12 mm thick panels (10 mm if plastic laminate).

Vertical corners carried out with rounded Aluminium profiles (anodised or painted).

Ceiling connections made of anodised or painted Aluminium sections sealed with Silicone. 

Skirting and wall-to-wall connections made of rounded Aluminium profile.

Air-return grids (Aluminium, laminate or Stainless Steel) flush-fitted with the panel surface.
