• Redesigned Variable Speed Pulley.
  
• Separate Centre pillar of Meehanite grade casting.

• Very rigid Gun metal Feed frame (both identical) with sufficient height to avoid spill over of powder.
  
• All columns, nuts and flywheel rim are electroplated.

• Central Oil lubrication system with hand pump.
  
• Turret rotates on needle roller thrust bearing which is immersed in oil for frictionless rotation.
  
• Pressure gauge provided to check compression load.
• " Separate, front and rear take off chutes to avoid any blockage or double compression resulting in accident. Finally both front and rear chutes are joined together on the rear side to have single point collection of tablets. (This feature is provided only on standard machine.)

• Oil groove on top face of turret for collection of excess oil.

Additional Salient Features for GMP MACHINE

• Machine is totally enclosed i.e. Top half of the machine (compression zone) with S.S. hood and acrylic covers and lower half of the machine complete with mat finished S.S. covers. This reduces the noise level and prevents to and fro flow
  of dust between compression zone and compression room.
• Anti Vibration mountings provided, hence no foundation required.
  
• Both Feed frames mounted on separate stands. Rear side stand is not mounted on the worm gear box hence it
  facilitates ease in setting of worm backlash, without disturbing the setting of feed
  frame.
• Large Paint free compression zone with plenty of space for ease of cleaning & accessibility of components.
  
• Operating System same as standard machine and hence it is easy to operate & maintain.
• Electronic total out-put counter provided on the control panel.
  
• Most of the components are common with Standard machine which reduces inventory of Spares.
  
• Single point collection as in manesty Machine (Two separate discharge can be provided on demand).
